CIRCUMSTANCES

  • Jacob was last seen on October 19th, 2019 in the Kalispell, Montana area and was possibly heading to the Eureka or Libby area to go hunting.

  • Jacob was last known to be on the hunting trip with two individuals, both known to him, a female named Nakita Mulligan aka “Nikki” and a male named Skylar Fincher

  • According to family reports, both Nikita and Skylar are alleged to be somewhat  uncooperative with Law Enforcement in locating Jacob. Jacob’s family states that an APB was put out for both individuals, Nakita and Skylar, and police did make contact in late May or early June. Nakita was supposed to go in for questioning but failed to show. At this time of this entry, Skylar, is due is scheduled to meet with Law Enforcement, as well but the family does not believe he will follow up.
